Goal

The forgejo-cli skill invoked its bundled scripts with a bare python3, which isn't always on PATH. Switch to uv run --no-project, which is always available.

Why

python3 is not guaranteed on every workstation; uv is. The scripts are stdlib-only, so uv run --no-project pulls no dependencies and just provisions a managed interpreter.

Changes

SKILL.md — fj_read.py / fj_write.py invocations now use uv run --no-project, with a one-line rationale.
agents/fj-worker.md — token extraction (python -c) and json pretty-print (python -m json.tool) routed through uv run --no-project.

No script logic changed; shebangs left as-is (irrelevant under uv run). Both scripts verified running under uv run --no-project.

(SKILL.md and the fj-worker reference) to `uv run --no-project`, which is
