Closes #352
Goal
Stand up a Claude Code plugin marketplace in this repo so reusable skills are version-controlled and installable on any machine, instead of living as per-workstation
~/.claude/skills/copies.What's here
.claude-plugin/marketplace.json-- marketplace manifest (name: skills).plugins/forgejo-cli/-- thefjreference skill. Danglingreferences/homelab-instance.mdcallout stripped (those facts stay inhome/homelab); only the generalextras.mdreference ships.plugins/task-python/-- the Python task suite, brought to PR-first parity with the current homelab task skills (see below).README.md-- install + add-a-skill instructions.task-python: PR-first rework
The four skills were stale (older issue-first model). Reworked so the draft PR body is the living spec, matching how the homelab task skills work now -- while staying general (forge-agnostic
gh/fj, no SSH/docker/device specifics):task-python-new-- brainstorm a spec into aWIP:draft PR, hand off to implement.task-python-implement-- the resolver (renamed fromprepare). Folds the old standalonetask-python-selectinline: probe + pick + analyze + walk the spec to code-complete in a worktree. No tests, no merge.task-python-orchestrate-- spawns implement, runs the install/lint/typecheck/test loop, spawns review, squash-merges.task-python-review-- new. Cross-checks the diff against the PR-body spec (Goal + Steps), minimalism guardrails, runs lint/typecheck/tests as evidence, stripsWIP:onok.Removed:
task-python-prepare,task-python-select(folded into implement).Install (once merged)
Notes
forgejo-cli(standalone) andtask-python(the new/implement/orchestrate/review suite).name:matches each skill's dir; JSON manifests validate; no homelab specifics, decimal step numbers, or staleprepare/selectcross-refs.
