Goal

Make this repo installable on pi as well as Claude Code. It stays a single repo: the Claude marketplace is unchanged, and pi reads a root package.json.

Changes

package.json: pi manifest (pi.skills + pi.extensions). It lists the skills that work without Claude Code: forgejo-cli, release, herdr-cli, prioritize-next-features.
pi/extensions/: home for pi-only TypeScript extensions. Empty for now, apart from a README.
herdr-cli SKILL.md: the unquoted description contained : , which is invalid YAML. Claude Code tolerated it, but pi skipped the skill without a warning. Reworded it to , e.g..
README: pi install line, pi layout, and an "add to pi.skills" step.

Left out of the pi manifest: dispatch (it starts claude) and the tasks skills (they need AskUserQuestion, subagents and /skill chaining).

Verification

pi -e <worktree> --mode rpc → get_commands lists skill:forgejo-cli, skill:release, skill:herdr-cli, skill:prioritize-next-features.
uv run --with pytest pytest tests -q → 24 passed.

Follow-up

task-review SKILL.md has the same invalid-YAML : in its description. It is not in the pi manifest, so it is not fixed here.

Quote-safe herdr-cli description: its unquoted ': ' broke strict YAML,
