Summary

Adds a new prioritize-next-features plugin/skill to the marketplace.

The skill scans a codebase for evidence of unfinished or missing features
(TODOs, stub methods, NotImplementedError bodies, "not yet built"/"future
work" doc sections, open issues) and ranks them into two shortlists: the 5
most important features to build next, and the 5 cheapest to deliver. Every
row must cite a concrete source (file, doc heading, or issue) -- no invented
feature ideas.

Changes

  • plugins/prioritize-next-features/.claude-plugin/plugin.json -- plugin manifest
  • plugins/prioritize-next-features/skills/prioritize-next-features/SKILL.md -- the skill
  • .claude-plugin/marketplace.json -- registers the new plugin
  • README.md -- adds it to the plugins table + install instructions
